Uk Delivery Information

We strive to ensure our delivery information on site is as accurate as possible, however on some occasions packages may be delayed due to factors out of our control.


EU Delivery & Returns

Due to the ongoing disruption caused by Brexit, we have no option but to temporarily pause all EU orders and shipments, with immediate effect.
We’ve faced increasing complexities in transporting your orders from our UK warehouse to the EU and have been trying to adapt to this new approach. Despite our best efforts, we’ve faced significant challenges from both the UK and EU border officials, our courier partners, as well as new customs systems and processes.
We strongly apologise and hope you understand. We’re working hard to resolve this situation with all parties.
We remain committed to all of our EU customers. This is a temporary pause needed to give us time to resolve the situation. We aim to send another update soon to confirm the restart in shipping, plus a full guide on future operations.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

Our tracked Evri express is available on most UK mainland orders placed before 5pm and is charged at £6.95 on orders under £70 and £3.95 for orders over £70. Evri will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Evri, there are options to change or divert the delivery.
Alternatively a service through UPS is available. This service is charged at £9.95 and delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days.
If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.

Click and Collect

Unfortunately we are not able to offer Click and Collect to our Stores at this time.


Large Orders

Please note that exceptionally large orders (those over 10 suits) may take longer to delivery due to delivery restrictions.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you would like to return one or more of your items for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.

UK mainland returns are free of charge when returning via Collect+ or Yodel. If you are returning via Collect+ please ensure you keep your Collect+ receipt as this is proof of return until the refund is made. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund parcels that are lost in transit.

Returning using collect+

  1. Please contact us if you haven't received your refund within 14 days of posting. After 30 days have elapsed we are no longer able to make refunds.
  2. Please ensure you keep your Collect+ receipt as this is proof of return until the refund is made, as we can not refund parcels that are lost in transit.
  3. Complete the returns form included within your order and ensure you enclose this within the parcel you are planning to return.
  4. Peel off the Collect+ returns label included in your order and attach it to your parcel ensuring any original delivery labels are covered over. If you have lost any of your labels please contact our customer service team and they will help you with replacing these.
  5. Simply take your parcel to any of the 5,000 local stores offering Collect+ services. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online (track at www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new )
  6. The easiest way to find you nearest store is to visit www.collectplus.co.uk but you can also text COLLECT and your postcode (e.g. COLLECT NG23 5HD) to 84555 to find your nearest store. Texts from 84555 are Free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions are available at www.collectplus.co.uk/smsterms


Overseas & UK Non-Mainland Delivery & Returns

Please see table below for delivery charges to overseas destinations. Countries marked as * are subject to a £21.75 duty charge, which is included in the postage rates stated
We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.
We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.
For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items.

Overseas & Non-Mainland Returns

We are more than happy for any overseas order to be returned but we do ask that whoever is returning the order cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which as been altered to your own personal specifications. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items you require and return back to us an unwanted items as specified above. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition, we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our warehouse.
